CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
ORDER TO WIN — PLACEBO RE:CREATED
1. ORGANISER
This competition is organised by Elevator Lady Limited, ℅ Sense of Music, Global House, 1 Ashley Avenue, Epsom, Surrey, KT18 5AD, United Kingdom (hereinafter “the Organiser”).

2. PLATFORM
This competition is hosted on the official Placebo online store at placeboworld.co.uk. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party platform. Automatic entries are processed via purchase records held by the store operator, Sandbag Ltd, 50 Milford Road, Reading, RG1 8LJ.
3. ELIGIBILITY
This competition is open to participants worldwide. Participants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Employees of the Organiser, Sandbag Ltd, their immediate family members, and any third parties involved in the administration of this competition are not eligible to enter.
This competition excludes residents of Germany from the purchasing qualification. If you are a German resident and want to participate, please use our No purchase necessary form linked on the competition page.
4. COMPETITION PERIOD
The competition opens at 5pm BST on Thursday 18th June 2026 and closes at 1pm BST on Friday 26th June 2026. Entries received or purchases completed after this time will not be eligible.
5. HOW TO ENTER
There are two ways to enter this prize draw:
Method A — Purchase entry (automatic): Order PLACEBO RE:CREATED in any format from the official store at placeboworld.co.uk until 1pm BST on 26th June 2026. Participants who placed a pre-order or purchased the album from the official store prior to the opening of the competition period will be automatically included in the draw. No further action is required.
This competition excludes residents of Germany from the purchasing entry. If you are a German resident and want to participate, please use our Method B below.
Method B — Free online entry (no purchase necessary): To enter without making a purchase, complete the entry form available at placeboworld.co.uk/pages/no-purchase-necessary. Only one online entry per person is permitted. Online entries must be submitted by 1pm BST on 26th June 2026.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Purchasing the album does not increase the statistical likelihood of winning.
6. PRIZES
The following prizes are available:
1x Signed red Fender Stratocaster guitar
1x Personalised signed Test Pressing of the RE:CREATED album and bonus 7” vinyl, inscribed with the winner’s name in the format “To [Name]”
10x Signed RE:CREATED Box Sets
Each winner will receive one prize only. A total of 12 winners will be selected. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash alternative. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
7. WINNER SELECTION
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period. The draw will take place after the closing date. The Organiser’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Winners will be notified by email using the address associated with their store order or online entry. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner. The Organiser must either publish or make available information confirming that a valid award took place. The surname and country of each winner will be provided to anyone who requests it by emailing info@placeboworld.co.uk within one month of the closing date. Winners who object to the publication of this information should contact the Organiser; the Organiser may nonetheless be required to provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
9. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data collected in connection with this competition will be processed by Elevator Lady Limited in accordance with the Placebo Privacy Policy, available at placeboworld.co.uk. Data will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or necessary to fulfil the prize.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend these conditions at any time without prior notice, where circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, or incomplete due to technical issues.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with this competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Placebo Day Giveaway — 02 May 2026

This competition is hosted on Instagram. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. in any way. By entering, participants release Meta from any and all liability in connection with this competition.
3. ELIGIBILITY
This competition is open to participants worldwide. Participants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Employees of the Organiser, their immediate family members, and any third parties involved in the administration of this competition are not eligible to enter.
4. COMPETITION PERIOD
The competition opens on 2nd May 2026 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 7th May 2026. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
5. HOW TO ENTER
To enter the competition, participants must complete all of the following steps during the competition period:
- Follow the official Placebo Instagram account (@placebo)
- Like the competition post
- Comment on the competition post and tag the person they would like to bring to the show
Participants may also share the competition post to their Instagram Stories for additional entries. Each story share constitutes one additional entry. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
6. PRIZES
Grand Prize (1 winner): Two (2) tickets to one concert of the winner's choice on Placebo's 30th Anniversary Tour, subject to availability at the time of winner selection. The prize includes concert tickets only. Travel, accommodation, meals, and any other expenses are not included and remain the sole responsibility of the winner.
Poster Prize (10 winners): One (1) standard edition poster designed by artist Ashley Allen, from the first band-endorsed fan art collectible poster series produced in connection with Placebo's 30th anniversary celebration.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative is available.

Terms & Conditions - Competition - Fan Event
Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, management, record label, agencies, or any company connected with the Event, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.Participants who wish to be considered for attendance at the Event must confirm that they will be available in London on the evening of 27 March and able to attend at their own expense unless otherwise stated.How to Participate
Participants may submit the form via the official page.
The form contains three optional steps. Participants may complete one, two, or all three steps. Completing additional steps does not increase the chances of selection.
Only one submission per person is permitted. Multiple submissions may result in disqualification.
Entries must be submitted no later than 15 March at 11:59 PM GMT. Submissions received after this deadline will not be considered.
No purchase is necessary to participate.
Selection and Prize
Selected participants will receive an invitation to attend a secret Placebo fan event in London on 27 March.
The invitation is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative.
The Promoter reserves the right to change or substitute the Event or any aspect of the invitation if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
Travel, accommodation, and any other personal expenses are not included unless explicitly stated.
Selected participants will be contacted via the email address provided in the form. If a selected participant cannot be reached, declines the invitation, or does not respond within the time specified in the notification email, the Promoter reserves the right to select another participant.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Content Submissions
By submitting images, videos, written material, or any other content (the “Submissions”), participants confirm that:
- the content is their original work or they have permission to submit it
- the content does not infringe the rights of any third party
- the content does not contain unlawful, defamatory, or inappropriate material
Participants grant the Promoter and any affiliated partners a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, and share the submitted content for promotional, editorial, marketing, or archival purposes in connection with Placebo and the Event across all media formats.
Participants acknowledge that their Submissions may be featured publicly, including on websites, social media channels, promotional materials, or other media.
Publicity
Participants selected to attend the Event may be asked to participate in photography, filming, or other promotional activity related to the Event.
By accepting the invitation, participants grant the Promoter the right to use their name, likeness, voice, and image for promotional and publicity purposes in connection with the Event and related campaigns without additional compensation.
Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
- entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or corrupted
- technical issues affecting submission of the form
- circumstances beyond reasonable control that may affect the Event
Data Protection
Personal information submitted through the form will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s applicable Privacy Policy and used solely for the purposes of administering participation in this activity and contacting selected participants.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Confidentiality
Due to the nature of the Event, participants acknowledge that they may be exposed to confidential information, unreleased material, or exclusive content relating to Placebo.
Participants selected to attend the Event agree that they may be required to sign a confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to attending.
Attendees must not record, photograph, livestream, distribute, or publicly share any unreleased music, audio, video, imagery, or other confidential material presented at the Event unless expressly authorised by the Promoter.
Any unauthorised recording, distribution, or disclosure of confidential material may result in removal from the Event and may lead to further legal action where applicable.
The use of phones or recording devices during the Event are strictly not permitted and must be kept switched off at all times. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or politely ask anyone to leave the event if anyone uses any of these devices
AI and Manipulated Content
Participants may submit original creative works as part of their participation in the form.
If a submission has been created using artificial intelligence tools, generative software, or other automated technologies, this must be clearly indicated at the time of submission.
Participants confirm that they have the right to submit the content and that its creation does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
The Promoter reserves the right to exclude submissions that are misleading, manipulated, infringe third-party rights, or do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
