Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, management, record label, agencies, or any company connected with the Event, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.Participants who wish to be considered for attendance at the Event must confirm that they will be available in London on the evening of 27 March and able to attend at their own expense unless otherwise stated.How to Participate
Participants may submit the form via the official page.
The form contains three optional steps. Participants may complete one, two, or all three steps. Completing additional steps does not increase the chances of selection.
Only one submission per person is permitted. Multiple submissions may result in disqualification.
Entries must be submitted no later than 15 March at 11:59 PM GMT. Submissions received after this deadline will not be considered.
No purchase is necessary to participate.
Selection and Prize
Selected participants will receive an invitation to attend a secret Placebo fan event in London on 27 March.
The invitation is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative.
The Promoter reserves the right to change or substitute the Event or any aspect of the invitation if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
Travel, accommodation, and any other personal expenses are not included unless explicitly stated.
Selected participants will be contacted via the email address provided in the form. If a selected participant cannot be reached, declines the invitation, or does not respond within the time specified in the notification email, the Promoter reserves the right to select another participant.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Content Submissions
By submitting images, videos, written material, or any other content (the “Submissions”), participants confirm that:
- the content is their original work or they have permission to submit it
- the content does not infringe the rights of any third party
- the content does not contain unlawful, defamatory, or inappropriate material
Participants grant the Promoter and any affiliated partners a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, and share the submitted content for promotional, editorial, marketing, or archival purposes in connection with Placebo and the Event across all media formats.
Participants acknowledge that their Submissions may be featured publicly, including on websites, social media channels, promotional materials, or other media.
Publicity
Participants selected to attend the Event may be asked to participate in photography, filming, or other promotional activity related to the Event.
By accepting the invitation, participants grant the Promoter the right to use their name, likeness, voice, and image for promotional and publicity purposes in connection with the Event and related campaigns without additional compensation.
Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
- entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or corrupted
- technical issues affecting submission of the form
- circumstances beyond reasonable control that may affect the Event
Data Protection
Personal information submitted through the form will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s applicable Privacy Policy and used solely for the purposes of administering participation in this activity and contacting selected participants.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Confidentiality
Due to the nature of the Event, participants acknowledge that they may be exposed to confidential information, unreleased material, or exclusive content relating to Placebo.
Participants selected to attend the Event agree that they may be required to sign a confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to attending.
Attendees must not record, photograph, livestream, distribute, or publicly share any unreleased music, audio, video, imagery, or other confidential material presented at the Event unless expressly authorised by the Promoter.
Any unauthorised recording, distribution, or disclosure of confidential material may result in removal from the Event and may lead to further legal action where applicable.
The use of phones or recording devices during the Event are strictly not permitted and must be kept switched off at all times. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or politely ask anyone to leave the event if anyone uses any of these devices
AI and Manipulated Content
Participants may submit original creative works as part of their participation in the form.
If a submission has been created using artificial intelligence tools, generative software, or other automated technologies, this must be clearly indicated at the time of submission.
Participants confirm that they have the right to submit the content and that its creation does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
The Promoter reserves the right to exclude submissions that are misleading, manipulated, infringe third-party rights, or do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
